Yoga
is a very ancien discipline that comes from India where along thousands
of years different teachers (guru) developed various ways to
practice.
In Railay beach the classes are based on the two different major traditions:
Hata Yoga and Ashtanga
Yoga.

morning classes last from one hour and a half to two hours ( the scheduled
timetable changes according to the season)
Yoga mats are not available, so bring your own if you have one and
bring a towel. |

are open to people of any age, beginners or advanced. |
