Ashtanga Yoga
The practice of Ashtanga Yoga is based on the Primary Serie of the classical Ashtanga Yoga Vignasa as it is taught by Sri Pattabi Jois in Mysore, South India.

The session starts with two different Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) and goes on with traditional postures (Asana) that are connected each other with the dynamic link (Vignasa).

The duration of the practice may change according to the student's experience: finding a too difficult posture the teacher will suggest you to stop!

At the end you will enjoy the final deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Classes are open to people of any age, beginners or advanced.
