practice of Ashtanga Yoga is based on the Primary Serie of the classical
Ashtanga Yoga Vignasa as it is taught by Sri Pattabi Jois in Mysore,
South India.
The
session starts with two different Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar)
and goes on with traditional postures (Asana) that are connected
each other with the dynamic link (Vignasa). |
