is often broken, the side-walks are frequently narrow and there are side-walks without
slides. And also, as very often it happens in Italy, you'll find cars parked anywhere.
The down town area, where the most part of the most
important document are, is not closed to cars and this fact'll hepl tourists in a

Hotel
There are different accessible hotels in Florence;
Accessible Italy is used to book the following hotels due to the fact they are really
accessible, expecially the 3 stars hotel, down town located but in a quiet area.
All these hotels and residences have been used many times
by our disabled Italian and overseas clients.
3 Stars Hotel. Photo

3 rooms have a fully accessible bath room with roll in shower and an accessible toilet

be served in the rooms at no extra cost or the breakfast can be served in the accessible
bar area.

parking where the clients' cars can park at no extra cost.
The hotel is in an historic building, it was an embassy
during the period when Florence was the Italian capital, and is well furnished with
old furniture
4 Stars Hotel.
Really downtown located at no more than 200 mt from the
Duomo. It's a very nice and elegant hotel. One step at the entrance.
It has an acccessible room with an adapted accessible bath
room with handles. The bath room is equipped by bath tub instead of a roll in shower but
it's really accessible.
Restaurant and bar are fully accessible, the lift has 70
cm opening.
3 Stars Residence
This residence is located at approx. 1 km away from the
main railway station Santa Maria Novella.
It has apartments with cooking facilities. The furniture
is simple.
They have an accessible apartment with a sleeping room, a
living room with cooking facilities and an accessible bath room with shower.
